CNC Operator (3rd Shift Opening) – Entry-Level or Experienced
Pay & Shift Schedule
- $20.00 – $26.06/hour (based on experience) + 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (confirm if different)
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks
About the Role
We’re hiring a CNC Operator to join our team on 3rd shift. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of CNC experience who are looking for a stable, full-time schedule.
We’re looking for reliable individuals with a consistent work history who take pride in precision work, attention to detail, and producing high-quality parts.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC cutting and grinding machines
- Read and interpret routing sheets, drawings, and specifications
- Load parts and adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, depths, pressure, run time)
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauge blocks, etc.)
- Maintain required tolerances and product quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Experience Level
We are open to:
- Entry-level candidates with hands-on CNC or machining training from a technical high school or accredited program
- Candidates with CNC certification or formal coursework who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude
- Experienced CNC operators with 1–3 years of setup, operation, and troubleshooting experience

Requirements
- Stable work history (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years CNC machining experience or relevant CNC/mechanical training with demonstrated hands-on experience (Haas experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and routing sheets
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
Work Environment
Manufacturing setting requiring standing, lifting, and use of safety equipment.
