Charlton, MA | $23.48 – $26.23 / hour (based on experience)
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with some flexibility)
Onsite role, remote work is not available.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to join our operations team. If you enjoy working with data, keeping things organized, and supporting a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure customer orders are processed accurately and production stays on track. You’ll work closely with planning, production, and shipping teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and manage customer orders in our MRP/ERP system
- Send order acknowledgments and keep customers informed
- Track and follow up on order-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Support production by releasing jobs and processing rework requests
- Monitor Work-in-Process (WIP) and help maintain accurate production data
- Run and share sales and production reports
- Partner with shipping to help coordinate order-related questions
- Cross-train as a backup for shipping and provide coverage as needed
- Support day-to-day needs across production, planning, and operations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of MRP/ERP experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Solid Excel and Word skills (reporting, data handling, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good organizational and communication skills
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
Nice to have:
- Experience with materials management, production planning, or scheduling
