Position Overview
As CNC Team Lead, you will have a dual focus, spending your time between operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and leading the daily operations of the CNC team. Experience with CNC programming is a big plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (e.g., Haas).
- Read blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring components meet specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision tools to maintain tight tolerances.
- Mentor and train CNC operators in best practices.
- Collaborate on daily production schedules and staffing.
- Monitor team productivity and proactively address production blockers.
- Ensure safety standards and process compliance are met.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented, focused and patient, positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- 3–5 years of CNC operation and setup experience (Haas machines a plus).
- Leadership experience required with a team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Programming experience (MasterCam, SolidWorks, G-Code) is highly desirable.
- Proven work history demonstrating reliability and stability.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency with ERP systems for production and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension) commensurate with job responsibilities required.
- Visual acuity for reading plans, product details, and machine specifics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug tests.
- Reliable transportation required to work set schedules and travel between Incom locations.
