Located in Vancouver, WA, we're a cutting-edge polymer fiber optics production facility, pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. We're looking for an Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) assembly team. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and pack fiber optic components with precision
• Perform highly repetitive, detail-oriented tasks—this role is a great fit if you enjoy steady, consistent work
• Maintain quality and consistency throughout production
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes
• Troubleshoot and assist in optimizing production
• Keep your workspace organized and safe

You Bring:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Stable work history required
• Related experience given preference
• Enjoy steady, consistent work and take pride in accuracy
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
• Reliable transportation and on-site availability
• No direct experience required, just eagerness to grow!

• Pay range: $20.00 - $21.62
