We are currently seeking a talented, successful and dynamic Sales Engineer who is passionate and energized about sales. Our Sales Engineer must be high energy, technology savvy, able to converse technically, open to learning a lot, have a solid track record of technical product sales, understand and celebrate the thrill of a new customer and is willing to roll-up their sleeves and do the grunt work of a good Sales Engineer.
 
“So, tell me more”, you ask…………..The Sales Engineer is the primary initial contact for quoting and new sales. Maintains commercial and technical relationships with key individuals at customer and prospect sites and liaises with Incom’s R&D, Engineering, Production and Quality teams to translate customer needs into a sale. The Sales Engineer also generates new target prospects through pipeline management, research, networking and tradeshows, calculating an approach to convert prospects to sales opportunities, staying on target to partner with and satisfy the customer throughout the sales cycle and builds long-term relationships to understand the customer’s needs and secure and retain the business.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
 
  • Bachelors Degree required; B.S. degree in technical Engineering or manufacturing related field    preferred.
  • Five to seven years demonstrated success in a B2B technical product sales environment identifying, building customer/prospect relationships and selling directly or with partners.
  • Business and Industry Knowledge; Product and Technical Knowledge; Technical Sales and Marketing;Foundational knowledge of Manufacturing; Quality and Logistics
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills; Sales and Customer Service; Strong Communication; Intermediate MS Office; MRP software.
  • Multi-task; Prioritize; Organize; Self-motivate; Communicate well at all levels; Read technical product/part drawings, blueprints and designs.
