We are currently recruiting for CNC Machine Operators who can join our team and hit the ground running. Variety of shifts available (shift differentials paid for 2nd and 3rd shift). We are willing to train the right person in our technology.
Job Summary:
Our CNC Operators perform diversified manual and mechanical duties to fully set up and operate various CNC machines, or perform skilled manual labor. Duties include: reading and interpreting routing sheets and blueprints, set up of machinery, accomplishing complex cutting, assembly and other similar duties.

Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate various CNC cutting, grinding and/or polishing machines.
- Use precision measuring instruments to make periodic inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications
- Work closely with engineering to conduct engineering tests, assist in new product development and troubleshoot process problems
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
- Read and interpret routing sheets and blueprints to determine required operations and other product specifications
- other similar duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented, focused and patient, positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid track record of stable work history
- Prior experience setting up and operating CNC machine and other related equipment
- Prior experience editing, programming and troubleshooting CNC (HAAS milling, G Code) Machinery
- Proficiency using precision measuring devices for extremely high tolerances (.0001).
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
- Must be willing to take initiative when needed.
- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Results Driven, Solution Focus, Customer Focus, Team Building, Curious and Innovative
- English language competency (speaking, comprehension, reading and writing) commensurate with the duties visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details,
- physical ability to lift various weights up to 50 lbs
