We are currently recruiting for experienced Assembly Technicians who can join our team and hit the ground running.  All shifts available. Differentials paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We are willing to train an experienced assembler in our technology.

Our Assembly Technicians perform diversified manual duties to assemble complex fiber components into draw units for drawing operations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Build complex assemblies of small and delicate components to meet quality and customer specifications.
  • Assist engineering in building assemblies in support of Incom special product/project needs.
  • Select and obtain appropriate fibers, fixtures and instructions for the product/test to be run. 
  • Perform all appropriate and necessary assembly operations to ensure completion of the required assembly. 
  • Document production data on appropriate records. 
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment. 
  • Read and interpret routing sheets and process documentation
  • other similar duties as directed.

Required Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented, focused and patient, positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Prior assembly experience in an R&D environment or medical device a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and build complex assemblies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle small and delicate components
  • Proficient in the use of microscopes and other inspection and measurement tools
  • Visual acquity, fine motor skills and manual dexterity required
  • REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Results Driven, Solution Focus, Customer Focus, Team Building, Curious and Innovative
  • English language competency (speaking, comprehension, reading and writing) commensurate with the duties 
  • Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug test.
  • US Person status required
