We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators. Variety of shifts available (shift differentials paid for 2nd and 3rd shift).  Experience a plus but we are also willing to train the right person.

The candidate selected will perform diversified manual and mechanical duties to fully set up and operate complex types of Optical Fabrication machines, or perform skilled manual labor.

Duties include: reading and interpreting routing sheets and blueprints, set up of machinery, accomplishing complex cutting, assembly, grinding, magging and/or polishing jobs, and other similar duties.

Duties require verbal communications skills, English language competency (written and verbal) commensurate with the duties,  visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details, physical ability to lift various weights up to 50 lbs and to work and move in a factory environment.
