Incom, Inc is looking for a CNC Operator to work second shift. (Hours M-F- 3pm -11:30pm)

The selected candidate will perform diversified manual and mechanical duties to set up and operate CNC machines, or perform skilled manual labor. Duties include: reading and interpreting routing sheets and blueprints, set up and operation of machinery, accomplishing complex cutting, assembly, grinding, /or polishing jobs, and other similar duties.

Duties require verbal communications skills, visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details, physical ability to lift various weights and to work and move in a factory environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Prior experience or training setting up and operating CNC machine and other related equipment
• One to three years experience setting up, operating, editing, troubleshooting of CNC Machinery.
• Haas Milling machine a plus. CNC Writing and programming experience desired
• Experience working with glass a plus.
• Proficiency using precision measuring devices for extremely high tolerances (.0001).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
