RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibility of this position is to drive excellence in execution of projects.  This role will have leadership responsibilities in the implementation of key Incom strategic projects, and will ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, time, and to the highest level of quality

• Drive execution excellence through the management of key Incom strategic projects
• Work with the project sponsors and engineers to ensure that the project scope and delivery approach/timeline is aligned with the Incom strategy
• Provide up-to-date and accurate information on overall status against the strategic project portfolio
• Responsible for the implementation of program/portfolio level tools, templates and analytics
• Responsible for the establishment and control of a project delivery framework including:
• Project charter development and approval process sign-off
• Project mobilization – resource allocation, scheduling and kick-off meetings, team alignment etc.
• Project planning – facilitate planning sessions, support plan development,provide planning expertise to set out appropriate approach
• Project reporting – responsible for ensuring project status is clearly reported to the executive team
• Risk and issue Management - first point of contact for escalation of project risks and issues. Actively identifies and mitigates risks on individual projects and collaborates on risk and issue management across the portfolio
• Actively manage dependencies between projects and within other Incom departments 
• Delivery prioritization – align project delivery with strategic objectives, manage changes in priority and adjust project schedules as needed
• Project Resource Management - Tracking and management of project resources including resource allocation and capacity balancing
• Project Closeout - Lessons learned, Measures of success
• Ability to collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Coach and mentor engineering and management resources in project management techniques and capabilities
• Communication and education of PMO processes, policies, and tools across the organization

  Required Qualifications:
   
• Bachelors Degree in project management, business or related field. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of Degree.
• Proven experience managing key strategic projects
• Minimum five years’ experience in a senior project management role. 
• PM experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• PMI / PMP certification a plus
• Proven knowledge of multiple project delivery environments, methodologies and tools. 
• Experience managing resources in a matrix organization
• Exceptional influencing, leadership and motivational skills
• Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not essential
• Project & portfolio management tools and experience

• “U.S. Person” status required.
